Yukon Fringe Festival Teaser Event

To celebrate one year until the inaugural Yukon Fringe Festival, we are running a special teaser event!

The One-Year-Out Yukon Fringe Festival Teaser Event goes like this:

  • ONE famous movie selected based on YOUR votes

  • 4 different groups each performing different parts of the movie

  • They reinvent and perform their scenes however they want—serious, silly, musical, puppet-show, shadow-play… anything goes!

  • We run it all together in sequence for one night only -- one epic movie LIVE on stage!

From movie suggestions to votes – the people have spoken! 

The movie: THE PRINCESS BRIDE (1987)! 

A cult-classic tale of a farm boy turned pirate who must endure kidnappers, giants, swordfights, miracles, poison, and Rodents of Unusual Size to save his one true love.

This is an all-ages show held in the Beringia Centre theatre.
